Need help with a subscription, credits or a generation? Email support@multichat.ai and include your user ID from Settings.

Manage or cancel your subscription

Open the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Multichat AI, or tap "Manage subscription" in the App's Settings.

Restore purchases

Open Settings in the App and tap "Restore purchases".

Report content

Tap the flag button on any generated message or media. We review reports within 24 hours.

Content policy

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content. Do not create or share content that sexualizes minors, depicts sexual content or nudity, sexualizes or deceptively depicts real people (including deepfakes), promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or hate, harasses anyone, facilitates illegal activity, or infringes others' rights. Prompts are filtered automatically, every generation can be reported in the App, and we may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
